 50% advance payment (non-refundable) is needed to confirm the order. Remaining 50% payment needs to be done before the due date 

 The initial deposit is non-refundable.

 Full amount will be forfeited for any cancellation after the balance due date

 Once the product is handed over to the customer, any physical damage to the product is the responsibility of the customer 

 We typically request for 2-4 weeks advance notice to confirm your order. Please call us to enquire if we can do orders within 2 weeks
